Ceylora Spices is a Ceylon cinnamon grower and exporter based in Sri Lanka. We sell our cinnamon products directly to customers worldwide through this online store.

2. Products
We sell genuine Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) grown and prepared in Sri Lanka.
As cinnamon is an agricultural product, its colour, thickness, texture, and aroma may naturally vary between harvests. Product photographs are provided for illustration and are representative only. The product you receive may not be identical to the photograph shown on the website.
The net weight of each product will be as stated on the relevant product page.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, pricing, and stock availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover a pricing or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you and offer you the option to:

Proceed with the order at the correct price or availability;

Make an appropriate adjustment to the order; or

Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:

There is an obvious pricing or product information error.

We are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
If we decline or cancel your order after payment has been made, we will provide a full refund.

Payments are processed at checkout through Shopify's payment processing services.
Ceylora Spices does not receive or store your full credit or debit card details.

Ceylora Spices is not responsible for orders that are seized, detained, returned, or destroyed by customs authoritiesdue to import restrictions, missing permits, unpaid duties, or other requirements imposed by the destination country.
Where permitted by applicable law, we cannot provide a refund in these circumstances.

All content available on this website, including the Ceylora Spices name, logo, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Ceylora Spices or used under licence from our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, certain additional statutory consumer protections may apply to your purchase.
Right to Withdraw
You may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase, subject to applicable law and statutory exemptions.
Unopened and sealed food packs may be eligible for return. Opened or unsealed food packs may be excluded under applicable hygiene exemptions.

Conformity
Goods supplied to consumers must conform to their description and meet the applicable standards of quality and conformity.
If a product you receive does not conform to what was advertised or otherwise fails to meet mandatory legal requirements, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection law, including EU Directive 2019/771 or, where applicable, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory rights you may have under those laws.

However, if you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
Our choice of Sri Lankan law does not override those mandatory protections.
13. Consumers in the United States
Shipping
If we are unable to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on our website, we will notify you and provide the option to either:

Wait for the order to be dispatched; or

Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
This is intended to comply with applicable requirements under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

Because our products are food products, returns may be restricted once products have been dispatched, subject to applicable law.

We do not require customers to waive any legally available right of action or agree to mandatory arbitration as a condition of purchasing our products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers in the EU, UK, United States, or other jurisdictions where applicable.
